Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are an integral part of all applications developed for use either on the Web or by Web-based browsers. In spite of the best efforts of organizations like World Wide Web Consortium, standardization on CSS syntax, elements and behavior has remained illusive. This results in a number of headaches when trying to get HTML, DHTML, XML, etc. pages to look and behave identically across different browsers or different computers. 	This is an excellent site for beginners and veterans alike. It contains information on the CSS, CSS2 and CSS3 standards.
	DevGuru CSS Reference
	A great quick-reference site, albeit missing any in-depth reference material.
	Microsoft's (MSDN) Internet Explorer CSS Reference
	A good place to look for Internet Explorer specific attributes and issues. You may want to take a particular look at the Measuring Element Dimension and Location document, especially if you constantly get confused as to what padding vs. margins does.
